As a landowner, you may have a valuable resource connected with your land; the wind above it.  Not only does wind energy provide a reliable and constant source of income, the equipment also places little demand on space, allowing other activities such as agriculture to continue alongside.

Our engagement with landowners can be a simply services agreement for any or all aspects of a wind farm development and installation but can also be on the basis of exclusivity at no cost to the owner.  In return for an exclusivity period to develop a wind farm project, we will carry out the wind monitoring studies and project development at our own cost and risk.  The landowner is secure in that he has no investment and is still able to continue or commence other activities on the land, whilst we have an extra incentive to ensure a project comes to fruition to recover our initial costs.
